These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from Growlands.co.uk and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
Order: You can submit an order for products offered by Growlands.co.uk by completing the details required on the Checkout page and clicking on the submit order button. All prices are reflected on Growlands.co.uk are in GBP and include VAT.
We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing. The display of any product on our website is in no way an offer by us to sell to you. Further more we are not liable to sell you any product that might be quoted at a price lower than that meant by us.
Growlands.co.uk flash sales and social media promotions are limited offers served on a first come first served basis, Growlands.co.uk is under no obligation to offer past order reimbursements due to price differences.
Acceptance of order: We will notify you of our acceptance of your offer to purchase by email shortly after the order is received by us, at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and condition.
Returns: Growlands offers a 30 day return window on all unused products, in order to qualify for a full refund the items must be sent back in the original packing and unopened.
Money Back Guarantee: Growlands offers a money back guarantee on all products sold by us directly from Growlands.co.uk, if for any reason you are unhappy with a product sold by us simply contact our customer support for a refund. Return Postage costs will be covered by the customer.
